Referring to the delivery days shown in the above table
• “Home Delivery” – It is counted from the next business day of the day you ordered. (Business days are Monday – Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.)
• “Self-Collection at Fujifilm branch office” – Customer may collect the item from the designated Fujifilm branch office during business days only.
• “Self-Collection at Wonder Photo Shop” – Customer can collect their items during business hour of the Wonder Photo Shop.
► In the event of festive season, the delivery date might be extended due to production capacity.
► We do not accept request for shortening the delivery date.

► In the event that your item is sent by Pos Laju, upon failure of 1st attempt, customer are required to contact respective Pos Laju collection centre or self-collect the item from the designated Pos Laju collection centre.

• Goods will be delivered as soon as they are finished production.
• The delivery date will be later than standard delivery lead time.
• Goods will be shipped from Shah Alam production lab directly.
• If collect at Wonder Photo Shops : Please take note that collection is not possible if the scheduled of delivery date is a store holiday.
• If collect at FUJIFILM branch office : Please take note that collection is only on business day during the office operation hour depending on the state of FUJIFILM branch office.

1) FUJIFILM Prints & Gifts does NOT accept returns or exchanges. We do NOT accept any amendment or modification to be made once customer confirmed checkout. Therefore, customer are requested to check thoroughly before confirming the order.
2) We are concern about the quality we provide, we will replace your order at no charge:-
a. in the event that the item(s) received was damaged during shipping, proof must be presented b. product quality due to our technical; workmanship; does not match the order item.3) Please take note that, color reproduction will be different one device to another device, therefore, the image print out may not match exactly to what it displayed on your device, we do NOT accept claims for such reason.
4) All claims of the defective items must email to us (Contact us) within seven (7) days upon receiving your items. We will investigate and if the defect was caused by us, we will replaced it within fourteen (14) days.
